Each school has particular wants and needs that can be customised into the package. Below is a typical 5-Day Brisbane Fraser Island Discovery Tour Itinerary.

  • Pick-up School (Time dependant upon location of School)
  • Stop for morning tea on the way to Brisbane if School is more than 2.5 hours from Brisbane OR
    • stop at Botanical Gardens for Morning Tea and Visit Parliment House (suited to Schools within 2 Hours of Brisbane)

  • Arrive Brisbane Accommodation or Camping area (Choice of Camping or Bunk House Accommodation see below)
  • LUNCH at Accommodation
  • After lunch go to Queensland Museum http://www.southbank.qm.qld.gov.au/ (Highly recommended)
  • And / Or go to Science Centre (cost $9 pp) http://www.sciencentre.qm.qld.gov.au/ (Optional)
  • Free Time in Southbank for Students & Teachers (even go for a swim in the middle of the city)http://www.visitsouthbank.com.au/attractions/streets-beach
  • Back to Accommodation in Brisbane
  • After Dinner Activities dependant upon accomodation option, and can include: swimming in supervised and heated pool; Roast Marshmallows around Campfire; Fishing in River; Basketball or Volleyball

Day 2:

  • Depart Accommodation 7:00am
  • Go to Fraser Island VIA Cooloola National Park FREE (worth $115)
    • FREE Cooloola National Park Tour seeing Wild Kangaroos, Red Canyon, Teewah Beach, Rainbow Beach, AND Double Island Point
    • Arrive Fraser Island
    • Drive along 75 Mile Beach
    • Walk along the Hamerstone Sandblow
    • Enjoy the awesome sand dune landscapes and refreshing waters of Lake Wabby
    • Eurong Resort check in
    • Buffet Dinner
    • Beach WalkMahino-Ship-Wreck-1
    • Bed

Day 3:

Depart 8am seeing:

  • 75 Mile Beach
  • Yidney Dripping Rocks
  • Maheno Shipwreck
  • Eli Creek (Lunch Provided)
  • The Coloured Sands
  • Drive by The Cathedrals
  • Indian HeadBirrabeen 3 people
  • The champagne pools
  • See Rainbow Gorge (if time & tides permit)
  • Return Eurong Resort
  • Buffet Dinner
  • Beach Walk
  • (If Indian Head is inaccessible due to tidal and or weather conditions, or the day proves too hot to walk into Rainbow Gorge, Lake Garrawongera may be substituted in its place)

Day 4:

  • Depart by 8 am
  • Pile Valley walk
  • Woongoolba Creek
  • Fraser Island Rainforest
  • Central StationAustin-Bus-Splash
  • The Great Lakes Drive
  • Lake Birrabeen
  • Depart Island approx. 2:00 - 3:00 pm.
  • Arrive at Brisbane Accommodation of choice 5:30pm
  • Group walk through the centre of Brisbane City after Dinner
  • Catch City Ferry on the way back to Accomodation to see the City by River (Highly Recommended)
  • Bed 10:30pm

Day 5: (Friday)

  • Depart Accommodation by 9am
  • Go to either:
  1. Stop at either Dream World – SeaWorld - Wet N Wild or Movie World for the day. Depart Theme Park 3:30pm for SchShark Bayool
  2. OR - Enjoy the Rainforest of Lamington National Park & Springbrook National Park and the Natural Arch and head back to School
  3. OR - Enjoy the Rainforest of Springbrook National Park and the Natural Arch and HORSE RIDING in Numinbah -  and head back to School



There are a number of options to choose from:


Option 1 – Includes:  Science Centre Day-1 & Dreamworld OR SeaWorld OR Movie World on Day-5 = $625.00 p  (Dreamworld $634)

Option 3 – Includes:  Queensland Museum Day-1 & Springbrook N.P (No Theme Parks or Science Centre) = $576.00 pp
